The Heart & Lung Transplant Foundation of WA Inc relies on the generosity of sponsors, supporters and the community to enable it to continue to make inroads into heart and lung disease and a difference too many people’s lives.

There are various ways you can show your support such as:

Become a Member
The Heart & Lung Transplant Foundation welcome members. Membership is open to anyone who has a desire to make a difference to people with heart and lung disease.

Annual membership applications can be submitted at any time. Membership paid in full between 1 April and 30 June in any year provides for a person to be a financial member until June 30 in the following year.

A core intention of the Foundation is patient support and as such Board members recently reviewed and updated membership options and fees for patients. What this means is health care card holders are now eligible for annual membership for only $10. PLUS patients are entitled to their first year of membership free.

Membership applications and renewals must be accompanied by the appropriate membership fee. The current fees are;
Patients - FREE for the first 12months of membership
Health Care Card holders - $10
Individual - $25
Corporate - $100

Become a Volunteer
Volunteers make a valuable contribution to the Foundation. The Foundation conducts a number of events throughout the year and is always in need of extra helping hands to make these events possible.

Become a Sponsor

Many companies and individuals provide their support to the Foundation through the contribution of goods, services and discounts on products. These are then used in our events to reduce the cost of the event or add value to it, such as the gift of auction items.

Our sponsors are acknowledged in our Annnual Report, on the website and at function/s they have supported.

Fundraise for the Foundation
